1. Acceptance & Scope of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using ImgNow (including all web pages, sub-domains, localized tool routes, and WebAssembly services), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using or accessing our tools.
2. Free Worldwide License (Personal & Commercial)
ImgNow grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use our web application for both personal and commercial purposes.
- You may compress, resize, crop, edit, or convert an unlimited volume of image files.
- You may use output files in client deliverables, marketing materials, mobile apps, or digital products without paying licensing fees or providing attribution.
- All exports are completely free of watermarks or forced branding overlay.
3. Intellectual Property & Absolute User Ownership
You retain 100% of your intellectual property rights. ImgNow asserts zero copyright or ownership claims over any original images you import or any processed images you export.
Because all processing occurs in browser memory and no files are uploaded to our servers, ImgNow never holds, licenses, or redistributes your media.
4. Acceptable Conduct & User Responsibilities
You agree not to use ImgNow for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
- Processing media that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights without proper authorization.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or malicious code injection into the web application client runtime.
- Automating excessive programmatic bot traffic that destabilizes service availability for other users.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ImgNow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
In no event shall ImgNow, its maintainers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access the service, or hardware resource limitations on your local device.
